  2. Tell you the truth CAR performance are really good. Its a good car. But I cannot recommend the customer service they provided. Customer Service is really really bad.

    I got my car 3weeks ago. To get my car i was went around and around. If you want to see the car call me. 077-318-3728

  4. They don't offer free maintain service. they only wash the car. don't even wash the underside of car. we have to pay for all the services.

  5. Priyantha, Car condition is superb! Actually you can see your self by visiting my photo entry. Just visit for a Micro branch and try a test drive. You'll love it. Please post your comments.

    Thank you for your comment. As I have blogged previously, I still couldn't do a long run. Once I’d be able to do so, I'll surely blog about it. But I'm not sure about 3rd service scenario. I just recently did the 1st service but I'll do put up a post once I do the third service.

    It’s really hard to give you a guarantee that these cars are consuming this much of fuel because they are out approximately just 4 to 5 months in the market. I don't think anyone has done their 3rd service yet. As promised, I'll blog about it once I can get it confirmed.

  8. hey Guys!! as i said on the other Blog the service i got was superb from the sales department...the vehicle was ready and i just had to sign few documents and my vehicle was handed over to me...but yet to experience from the vehicle services....i shall blog on that once i do my first service done. I had no problem in getting my vehicle. I guess because their is a huge demand for this vehicle their is a waiting list.!!! I first had a Alto. and I had lot of problems, from the vehicle to the customer service. I shall keep u all updated!!!

  10. Hay Mr. Chathura Ekanayake. I checked your blog from the first post and the last post. this will really helpful for the New buyers of Micro Panda cars. Really usefull. I saw the videos you ve upload and they are really useful too.

    Finally i thought to go to this car and this is great value for money. i gonna put my order on this month and sales people said it will be 2 or 3 months to reciew vehicles. may be because of too much Que on the waiting list.

  14. Dont know about after sales service. However, I have reserved a Panda few months back. The sales guy, Thushara, confidently said that the car will be delivered within 3 months. After 1 month, the sales person foned. Asked about payment type (cash, lease, loan). I said bank loan. After few days, he foned again and asked the same question. I replied with the same answer. This didnt stop there. He asked the same question from me 5 days.

    After that, he started asking a different question. What is the bank, whether its BOC. I replied no its HSBC. After few days he again foned and asked whether its BOC.

    LOL. This is how they work. The bank responded me refusing to work with those two sales guys, coz they submitted a single letter to the bank 8 times (unfortunate customer).

    After two months, the same sales guy, Thushara, foned and said 10 days before they deliver the car, I can pay and he will call me again to arrange the payments. After couple of weeks, he foned and asked for some loan details. I provided (for this I had to get the loan approved).

    Now, its been 3.5 months, the car is not yet delivered, and Thushara doesnt know when Micro can deliver the car.

  15. I have heard first time about this car but I think it is same as one in India.
    They are now using these cars instead of using Auto rickshaw.

I m sharing one of my friends suggestion, he experienced it, he says, CAR performance is good. and the customer service they are providing is awesome also. we always engaged in automobiles update news, reviews as well because me & my friend engage with automotive diagnostic equipment company.

    1. Micro vehicles are ok considering the price. Because for the price, they offer a lot. But what makes people hate the entire brand is their customer service. Same bullshit excuses and lies. In the end, you have to wait 2+ months to get your car after making the full payment...what a joke of a company

  19. Customer service is suck......I have no words to tell about their service, such freaks are there in micro. I have ordered a panda 4 months back and still they didn't delivered it to me and every day they are lying lying......Blady buggers.....!

  20. This car is so bad ! Please don't buy it if your considering it ! After sales service is terrible ! Mainly the car has so many factory defaults ! Like the steering rack needs to be replaced after 8000 Kms, The radiator and condenser after 1000 KMs, Door Alignment ! there are so many defects. My car has only done 15000 Kms and it has already been taken to the factory around 10 times and there is a guy named Sumith who is " In Charge" of warranty stuff and I still haven't heard back from him since November last year regarding parts and replacements and NEVER answers his phone. When you call micro in Kelaniya you speak to 20 different people who keep transferring you around and ultimately some one just hangs up on you. Try calling again you have to go through the same procedure !

    The service centre in Kandy is so Crap ! I currently need new break pads they dont have em in stock and need 2 weeks to get them down. They do not know jack about the panda ! I have to take it Kelaniya myself to get it checked !

  21. My micro Panda Car was accident in last 05 weeks after this accident car buffer was a damaged but I ordered 3 weeks still i not get a buffer I don't no what a reason. This is a Sri Lanka Product but Not a Part in Sri Lanka. This Car's not accident a never days. It's a Strong What a do It's a our fault.

    If u can wait 6 or 7 months its ok . B4 u cant never get ur car.

    My full payment also already done last year december 13 , but still not got it... Soooooooooooo sad .........!!!! 2day they said

    1. Tell you the truth CAR performance are really good. Its a good car and CAR performance is good 1.0 cc city limits 14kml and out 15-16 . now after sales services also good . they provided good services for me in my first services. (they replaced all faulty parts in my car head light , frog light , cd player, tail light) . mr.nissanka (kelaniya) and mr. rustom (borella) they will give better services for u . But still new car delivery time is Not sure.

  29. micro panda cross veri cost car sock-absorber noise
    Rack-end noise
    it is running 8 -9 km per ltr
    The milege is only 850km but there are so many faults in this micra car. The customer care sucks that they says they will report the faults to Geely but doesn't do anything about it.

  34. I have ordered micro panda full option car on 19th Dec 2014 and still not get the vehicle.
    To get the details regarding that I have contact the Head Office Showroom contact person Mr. Ekanayake and he don’t know to talk to the customers. Does not know when Micro can deliver the car.

  40. How is the MICRO Rexton (assembled here), compared to the Korean built one imported by Ideal Motors???

    According to what I found out, the Ideal Motors one, the base model with fabric seats, is 7.8 million.

    The same one *base model) assembled in Sri Lanka from MICRO is 6.35 million.

    Nealy 1.5 mil difference. So, it's quite good the difference. But is there a "catch"???

    Anybody has any experience in this one???

  42. 6 months after placing the order still I have not got the chasis number even. Trying to get my advance money back. MICRO cheated us very badly. Advice thoroughly not to make any deals with this unreliable company.

  46. Whatever you do, dont by a brand new car from Micro. Their customer services sucks to the core. I ordered my car 10 months ago and I got it recently. When I called them to ask about my car they wouldn't answer my calls so that I had to use my friends numbers to get held of these people. After finally getting my car they were forcing me to go with the Insurance they are providing so that they can get a cut from the commission. Soon after I called again to ask about the whereabouts of cars manual/book which is needed to get the revenue license. It again got delayed by 2 weeks and as before they were ignoring my phone calls. After the pain I went through, I really don't see the value of this car. And to be honest, the looks,features and the feels are the same as the first model that came out ages ago. So my next car will never be a Micro. I like the car, but the service is not worth it.
